What is the most queried ailment in our natural therapies retail store over this time of the year?
Weightloss you ask? Detoxing?
Those are definitely high on the list.
But the most queried ailment is exhaustion and stress. Often leading to sleeplessness.
This time of year seems to be a time – every year – that we are burnt out.
Our adrenals, nervous system and mind are over loaded.
This leads to brain fog; no energy; sleep disturbance due to mind talk and mood changes.
When the body is in this state there are a few ways you can support to get through and to minimize.
Go to bed early
Not something you want to hear this time of year. But do try to get to bed on 10 pm. Your body really can cope better with the right amount of sleep.
